Andy graduated from Miami University (of Ohio) in 1991 with a Bachelor of Philosophy. From there, he immediately left the Midwest for the mountains of Alaska where the only education required was learning to stay warm and dry. After three years of mountain guiding, Andy landed in Utah. There, Andy managed several other Utah businesses before he met his wife and business partner (Thea) and became involved with the Treasure Mountain Inn. Andy participates in nearly all aspects of the hotel, ranging from sometimes Bell Hop, to CFO. When he’s not around the hotel, it’s likely that he’s skiing, biking, climbing, or exploring the surrounding mountains. For guests seeking adventure, Andy is always available to help plan your activity. If you’re looking to experience Park City as the locals do, Andy is your guide.

Thea was born in Hawaii but raised along the Delaware River in Hunterdon County. At an early age she spent time in Europe and discovered that she has a knack for languages (she speaks Danish, Spanish, French, and a little bit of Italian), and a taste for fine foods. Thea attended Vassar College and majored in Dance. She spent the next 10 years in New Paltz, New York working at Mohonk Mountain House. In 1993 she moved to Park City to manage the Treasure Mountain Inn and to more regularly enjoy the Utah powder. She is notorious for her fast skiing, long hours at work, and her willingness to go the ‘extra-mile’ with groups and guests. She has a passion for cooking and previously owned one of Park City’s best fine dining restaurants. She personally caters most groups and it is not unusual for lucky guests to get invited to sample one of her dinners or specialty desserts. If you smell something good while passing through the lobby, we recommend you investigate.

Emily was born and raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, where the conversation at any corner bar was how the lakefront affected the weather. She fled to the mountains of Utah where there's no need to talk about the weather, because it's pretty much always perfect--cool and clear in summer, snowing like crazy in winter. Emily graduated Sheboygan South High School in 1999 with Honors and continued her learning through community classes and alternative healing school. She is currently enrolled full time at the University of Phoenix for her Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Not just another pretty face, her specialty is Treasure Mountain Inn and more specifically reservations. She's attentive to details, and helps keep the wheels on. We're lucky to have her. If you don't find her in her office, email her. She'll be quick to respond.

Chris was born in the small town of Sheridan, Wyoming where she soon learned to appreciate and love the outdoors. Early exposure to the backcountry of the Big Horn Mountains may have had something to do with that. When her family moved to Provo while she was still young, she continued to explore nature, hiking, camping and climbing in the mountains and deserts of the surrounding areas. She learned to ski at the now famous Sundance Resort and found that she had a knack for it. After graduating high school early and completing 2 years of college at Utah Valley State College she moved to Park City to instruct at Deer Valley Resort in the winter and teach kayaking, sailing and canoeing at a girl’s camp in the summer. Lately, she was taken off the market when she got married this spring along the banks of the Colorado River in Moab, Utah. When she is not busy at the front desk, she can be found on the mountain either instructing skiing at Park City Mountain Resort or enjoying the light Utah powder. Whether you need a couple of pointers or your own personal instructor, she's your girl. She's always ready with a smile and ski tip. Find her at the front desk or email her.
