Q: How do I get from the airport and back?
A: We recommend you reserve a ride with our transportation partner: Park City Transportation. They have a kiosk right next to baggage claim. From the time your plane touches down, till you are at our door, is typically 2 hours or less. And remember: you won't need directions or to hassle with snowy conditions, congestion, parking, etc. Please or to make reservations. |

Q: Where is the nearest lift? How do I get there?
A: The town lift is just .2 miles (or a 5 minute walk) down Main Street. The free trolley will take you there from our front door. If you're skiing Deer Valley, you'll need to catch a short (5 min) bus ride at the Town Lift.

| Q: Where do we buy lift tickets? Are they discounted?
A: We can sell you tickets at the front desk. Unfortunately, there are no discounts once you're in Park City. You can buy discounted tickets at REI in Salt Lake, though.

Q: Is breakfast included?
A: No, but the rooms have complete kitchens and the Morning Ray (the local’s favorite breakfast hang-out) is located on the Lobby level.

Q: Do you have a pool?
A: We recently replaced our energy-sucking, water-wasting pool with an earth friendly 10'x20' therapy spa/pool. The spa is warm in winter and refreshingly cool for summer. The spa utilizes a salinity based filtration system and offers unrivaled ambiance when the cascading waterfalls are turned on.

Q: Is there golf nearby?
A: The Park City municipal course (one of the top 50 municipal course in the country) is less than 2 miles away. There are 6 other courses (hyperlink) within a 30 minute drive or less.

Q: How can I be sure I get a certain room?
A: If the room is available when you request it, you may pay a 10% premium to ensure you are assigned to it.

Q: Where should I rent skis?
A: We recommend Precision Skis just a few minutes downhill of us. We recommend you to secure your skis in advance during busy periods.

Q: Are there fireplaces in the rooms?
A: Not in the rooms, but there is a fireplace in the lobby and a floor to ceiling fireplace in the Great Room.

Q: Do you have packages?
A: From time to time we offer packages on our. For the most part, we keep it simple and avoid bundles so that you can customize your trip to best meet your specific needs. Please contact us for help designing a custom package (transportation, lift tickets, rental, message, dining, etc) for your vacation.

Q: Do you charge extra for being a Green Hotel?
A: No, we feel that it is our moral imperative to run an earth-friendly business. We enjoy finding ways to reduce our impact and take great satisfaction in the process. We hope that you will see our efforts, share you own ideas, and help us to keep Park City, and the surrounding environment, a special place to visit and live.
